Lakme 9 to 5 Primer + Matte Lipsticks | REVIEW + SWATCHES.

I recently got my hands on the New Lakmé 9to5 Primer + Matte Lipsticks. I've bought two shades and today I'm going to review them. Let's move on to the review :)

The lipstick comes in a cardboard box with some information written on it , the only thing that is missing is the Ingredients list.
The lipstick looks classy in the Rose gold metallic finish bullet. There's a sticker on the bottom of the bullet mentioning the shade name. The bullet however feels a little loose , at first I thought it's broken but it wasn't.

These have good pigmentation. I like the formula of these lipsticks . It glides on very smoothly on the lips and is quite moisturising . It lasts for about 5-6 hours easily. It does transfer a little.

Coming to the shades there are 30 beautiful shades to choose from. I have two shades :
▪ Red Coat : A beautiful warm red shade that would suit everyone.

▪ Orange Edge : A true red-ish Orange shade that would be perfect if you're afraid of trying an orange shade.

Overall I like these lipsticks and these are quite affordable too. I would recommend this to everyone as you have a lot of color options to choose from.

Today I'm gonna review a lipstick that I know has been in the market for a long time now but I recently purchased it and I'm liking it a lot. So this is going to be a quick review :)

It is the Maybelline Color Show Matte Lipstick in the Shade " Lively Violet " .

Maybelline Color Show Matte Lipstick - Lively Violet.

The formula of the lipstick is good. It glides on your lips very smoothly. At first it feels creamy but after a while it settles down to a matte finish. And once it is settled , it won't transfer of bleed. If you've dry chapped lips then you must exfoliate your lips as I have noticed that this lipstick does settle into the chapped area or fine line of the lips.
The pigmentation is also nice as you hardly need 2 coats to cover your pigmented lips.

 this shade "lively Violet" is a very beautiful pinky nude color. This shade can be a MLBB ( My Lips But Better) shade for girls with Fair to medium complexion. For me it has become a perfect pink nude shade that I can wear almost everyday without even looking like I'm wearing a lipstick.

Now coming to the shade , this shade "lively Violet" is a very beautiful pinky nude color. This shade can be a MLBB ( My Lips But Better) shade for many of us. For me it has become a perfect pink nude shade that I can wear almost everyday without even looking like I'm wearing a lipstick.
It has a strong sweet vanilla kind of fragrance which bothers my sensitive nose but it goes away after a while and that's a good thing.
The Staying power is also impressive for such an affordable price, it stays for about 4-5 hours easily.

I think this is a nice and affordable range of non drying matte lipsticks. I would like to buy some other shades in future.
I would definitely recommend this to everyone. It worth a try !
