Colourpop Ultra Matte Liquid Lipsticks : Swatches and Review.

So, I've already reviewed and swatched the Lippie Stix by Colourpop in my last blog post (You can read it HERE.) and Today I'm going to review and swatch my Colourpop Cosmetics' Liquid Lipsticks.

Colourpop is most renowned for its Liquid Lipsticks and today I'm going to share my experience with you all.

The 4 ultra matte shades I've are :
☆ Souffle
☆ Fragile Things
☆ Tulle
☆ Arriba.

Price : 6.50$ / Rs.420/- .

I like the packaging , you can see the shade from the outside. You've to be careful though , because it's of glass but it won't break easily.

The consistency is thick and creamy in texture. Pigmentation is amazing. It is super matte and stay on your lips for almost 10 hours easily. This lipstick doesn't make your lips dry but you've to be very careful while applying it because it can't be easily removed , you've to use a makeup remover or oil to remove it completely.

Let's talk about the pretty shades now..

Colourpop Liquid Lipsticks : Souffle, Arriba, Tulle and Fragile Things.

Souffle is a beautiful berry / Fuchsia shade.

Tulle is a beautiful brown shade.

Fragile things is also a brown shade but it's more cool toned. It's very pretty.

Arriba is such a beautiful Red shade, it's a collaboration between Colourpop and Iluvsarahi . It looks so velvety once it dries down on the lips. I just love it.

Every shade is beautiful on it's own. And I think all the four shades would suit every skin tone. However the shades look different on different skin tones.
At this price point these are great and value for money. I would definitely recommend to you all.

REVIEW + SWATCHES :New Lakme Absolute Argan Oil Lip Colors.

As you all know Lakmé has recently launched its new Argan Oil Lip Colors in 15 beautiful shades and I was very excited to try them. I couldn't resist its gorgeous packaging and got my hands on them. I have three beautiful shades and I'm going to review them today.
So let's move on to the review.

Argan oil as a base makes for a wonderful lip treatment – almost like a replacement for chap sticks/lip balms. They can heal cracked lips and also keep them soft, smooth and conditioned. The use of this argan oil based lipstick during the cold seasons is perfect to prevent rough and dry lips.

Lakmé Absolute Argan Oil Lip Colors . 

The outer packaging is same as the rest of the Absolute range , Black cardboard box. Lakmé Absolute Argan Oil Lip Color comes in a beautiful gold metallic packaging which looks very classy and attractive. I was expecting it to be heavy and metallic but it's not at all heavy or metallic , it's more like plastic. There's a label on the lipstick mentioning the lipstick's shade name. 

I have three beautiful shades : Crimson Silk , Lush Rose and Soft Mauve. The lipstick feels buttery while applying giving you a feel like you're applying a lip balm. It doesn't dry out your lips but nourishes them. The pigmentation is quite nice , you need to apply atleast two coats for covering your lips nicely. It doesn't bleed. The Staying time is upto 4 hours then you will have to reapply it. It gives a little glossy finish to the lips.

Crimson Silk is a beautiful Red colour.

Lush Rose is a beautiful hot pink colour.

Soft Mauve is a very beautiful Mauve / nude colour which is suitable for Light to medium skin tones.

Overall I am loving these Argan Oil Lipsticks very much. These lipsticks are very nourishing for the lips. The shade range is also impressive. Love the packaging. And yes I also think think that these are a little expensive .
