REVIEW: BS-MALL 14 pcs Premium Quality Synthetic Brush Set.

We all are aware of the fact that Makeup Brushes are very important in the process of doing our makeup.
I wanted to have a full brush set as I didn't had one but all the famous brushes like Real Techniques etc are quite expensive and for me being a  beginner , I didn't want to invest so much money in brushes only. So, I started searching for Affordable good quality makeup brush set and then I finally decided to buy this BS-MALL Premium Quality Synthetic Brush Set and I'm happy I did.
Let's move on to the review :)

The brushes are packed in a plastic transparent bag. There was a paint like smell when I opened the plastic bag and I was afraid that the brushes are going to smell like this too , But when I read  the note laying inside the bag everything was sorted. The note is from their service team which says
" Sometimes if the Makeup Brushes smell like paint it's because it has been staying in plastic bag for a long time. The solution is to wash it in the water with little shampoo and wait it to dry . The smell will go away. " 
And yes I washed them and smell wasn't there anymore :)

These brushes are of good quality and does an amazing work. They are very soft and dense. I have used them and washed them twice and there is no shedding of brush's hair. I'm happy I bought this set because it is affordable and of good quality too.

I would definitely recommend this Brush Set to everyone who needs a Good Quality brush set at affordable price.

REVIEW : WELLA PROFESSIONAL ELEMENTS RENEWING SHAMPOO AND HAIR MASK.

Two months ago I shopped some beauty stuff online and got these free samples of Wella Professional Elements Renewing Shampoo and Hair Mask with my purchase.

Today I'm gonna share with you all my experience with Wella Professional Elements Renewing Shampoo and Mask.
First , let me tell you a little about my hair. I have waist length hair. My hair is wavy and very dry.

Wella Professional Elements Renewing Shampoo and Hair Mask :

Price : Shampoo -Rs.175 ( 30ml ) 
           : Mask - Rs.200 ( 30ml )

This Range from wella is 100% Free from  Parabens , Sulfate and Artificial Colorant. 
The tube packaging is white in color and it is sturdy with a screw cap. Everything is mentioned on the back side of the tube including the ingredients .

The shampoo is transparent in color and is runny in consistency although it lathers very well. It has a nice pleasant smell, I like it. The shampoo is needed in less quantity as compared to the other shampoos I've used in the past which means it will last much longer. After washing my hair with this shampoo , my hair feels very silky, smooth and frizz free. I am currently loving this Shampoo because it looks like my hair is getting healthier after every wash :)

Moving on to the Hair mask . The Wella Professional Elements Renewing Mask is white in color with thick creamy consistency . It has the same pleasant smell as the shampoo. I use it once in a week after washing off the shampoo. This mask has given me great results. It gives your hair a healthy feeling and feels baby soft that you would love touch them again and again. Again the mask is also needed in less quantity as compared to others , so it will last much longer.


I really like this Shampoo and the Hair Mask. I've seen great results and I'm definitely going to buy the bigger bottle of this shampoo and the mask. Availability might be an issue.
Yes they are a little expensive but they worth it and also they will last a little longer because a less amount of product goes a long way. Definitely worth a try.

REVIEW : Maybelline Color Sensational Vivid Matte Lipstick | VIVID 8.

Today I'm going to share another lipstick by Maybelline with you all. It's the Maybelline Vivid Matte in the shade VIVID 8 . This Range mostly consists of REDS AND PINKS.

Maybelline Color Sensational vivid matte lipstick.

The Packaging is similar to the Creamy Mattes range. It comes in a Red and Silver packaging which looks pretty. There is a sticker at the bottom of the tube mentioning the shade name and is color coded which makes it easy to know what color is inside.

I like it's formula, it feels creamy while the application and gives a matte finish after a couple of minutes. It might settle down in the chapped area of the lips , so it's better to scrub your lips before applying any matte lipstick to have that perfect finish of the lipstick on the lips.

Maybelline Color Sensational Vivid Matte lipstick 

The color is a beautiful and very different Pink which I think will suit any skin tone. It looks beautiful on the lips and doesn't look like a regular pink shade. It has cool undertones. It's more like a magenta - ish color. It's a very different Pink and everyone should try it atleast once.

I really like this shade and the formula of this lipstick is also very nice. I would definitely recommend you to buy this shade if you are bored of those regular pink colored lipsticks.

Maybelline has launched its Color Sensational Creamy Matte Lipsticks in the Indian Market. The range consists of 12 different and beautiful shades to choose from. 

As the name suggests, these lipsticks are very in texture but dry out to a matte affect. 

Let us move on to the review.

Price : Rs.575/- (4.2ml ).

Shelf life : 36 Months.

I like the packaging of these lipsticks, it is simple yet classy. The lipstick comes in a sleek packaging with a Mauve-y color cap giving a matte finish. There is a sticker at the bottom of the tube mentioning the shade name and it is color coded which will help you identify the color of the lipstick if you have more than one of these lipsticks. 
The cap closes tightly so it's travel friendly . 

Maybelline Color Sensational Creamy Matte Lipstick . 

I have the shade Divine Wine and it is a beautiful red wine shade. This color is a perfect fall shade. The texture is very creamy and feels moisturizing on the lips but gives a matte finish. This lipstick is not a total matte lipstick. It feels very light on the lips.

 The pigmentation is really good and it stays on the lips for about 3-4  hours easy. 

It does settle down on the dry flakes of your lips, so if you have very dry lips with dry flakes on it, exfoliate them before applying the lipstick for a perfect look.

EASY DIY | How to make a Dewy Makeup Setting Spray.

We all know the struggle of doing perfect makeup and the struggle becomes double when your Makeup doesn't last the whole function / event. 

Many makeup setting and fixing sprays are available in the market but they are not very affordable but not to worry as I have this simple DIY Makeup Setting Spray and now I'm going to share it with you guys :)

Dewy Makeup Setting Spray : 

Product you need :

》Rose Water

》Aloe Vera Gel

》Glycerine 

》Boiled Water

》1 empty Spray Bottle.

Ingredients : DIY Makeup Setting Spray 

Now take an empty Spray bottle and make sure it's cleansed and completely dry from inside. Fill 1/4 of  the bottle with boiled water (first cool it down, make sure it's not hot).

DIY Makeup Setting Spray 

Now fill 3/4 of the bottle with rose water.

Add 1Tbsp Glycerine . 

Now add 1Tbsp Aloe Vera Gel . 

Close the bottle and shake it very well and your MAKEUP SETTING SPRAY IS READY !! 

I have used this Setting spray and it worked very nicely , you've to spray it from a distance and don't spray too much as it will take time to get absorbed into the skin. I can also say that it fixes up your Makeup and doesn't let it look cakey or patchy at all. 

And yes, if you want to make a MATTE MAKEUP SETTING SPRAY then just take half half portions of Water and Rose Water and take 1/2 tsp of Glycerine , all the other ingredients and the procedure will be the same as the Dewy one.
