5 MINUTES SIMPLE EVERYDAY LOOK USING ONLY 3 PRODUCTS.

Today I'm going to share the 3 makeup products I use almost every time I go out somewhere like College or Shopping.

These 3 products are all you need for a perfect everyday look whicheck is easy and can be achieved in just 5 to 10 minutes. And you can definitely add other products if you want.
Let's get started !

Once your face is ready after cleansing and moisturising , you need something to even out your skin tone and give you atleast a little bit of coverage. I'm talking about CC / BB creams , you can use the one you like.
 I use Lakmé CC ( Complexion Care ) Cream and it is amazing. It's thick in texture, gives your face a matte finish and nice coverage. You only need a little amount of product hence, it lasts for about 3-4 months easily  (for me). It comes in a plastic tube and it's travel friendly too.
The only thing I don't like about this is that it has only 2 shades : Biege and Bronze.  I hope Lakmé adds more shades.

( Please don't get confused as there are 2 types of Lakmé CC creams available in the market. One is Complexion Care and the other is Color Transform. The Color Transforming one is too white in my opinion and I don't like it. I use the Complexion Care and I love it. )

Let's move on to eyes. Eyes are very important and can change the whole look of your face. That is why I use Kajal / Eye pencil , I love how my eyes look so different (and beautiful ) after applying Kajal. There are various Kajals from different brands available in the market , you can choose any of your choice. I use Lakmé Absolute Eyeconic Kajal in Black , it is waterproof, smudge proof and long lasting. And yes you can opt for colourful Kajals too like Brown , Blue and green.

Now let's move on to Lips. First apply lip balm to protect your lips from drying. You can also use a tinted lip balm to add a touch of colour to you lips.
I use Maybelline color show matte lipstick in the shade " lively Violet ".  It's a pretty Mauve-y nude lipstick. ( You can read the full Review with Swatches HERE .)

And we're done ! A simple everyday look you can wear easily anytime anywhere. It doesn't take more than 5-10 minutes.

Maybelline color sensational Powder Matte Lipstick (Fuchsia Flash).

These days I'm hunting lipsticks, matte Lipsticks. I like the Maybelline Color Sensational Lipsticks I have reviewed but they aren't matte. So when I saw the Color Sensational range of Powder Mattes , I got all excited and got my hands on it.
I ordered only one shade because I wanted to make sure first if they are really matte or not. I have the Maybelline New York Color Sensational Powder Matte Lipstick in the shade " Fuchsia Flash ".
Let's see how it turned out.

My experience with this Lipstick :

Maybelline Powder Matte : Fuchsia Flash 

The packaging is same as the other Color Sensational Range Lipsticks. The cap is matte purple-ish  in color and it closes tightly making it easy to carry with you while travelling. The ingredients and other necessary details are mentioned on the outer plastic cover. There's a sticker on the bottom of the bullet mentioning the lipstick's shade name and is color coded so you can see what's the color inside.
The lipstick glides on the lips very smoothly and settles down to a matte finish . It is not transfer proof. As the name suggest it's powder matte so it does settle down on the dry flakes of your lips, so if you've dry/patched lips, you need to exfoliate your lips before the application.

Let's talk about the shade now. This shade is amazing. Nowadays I'm purchasing a lot of  pink lipsticks and this one is my kind of color. This color looks so gorgeous on the lips and instantly brighten up your face. You don't need to do full makeup , just apply Kajal ( Eye Pencil ), this lipstick and you're done. This shade will suit almost all skin tones and looks so flattering on wheatish skin 😍.

Maybelline Color Sensational Powder Matte Lipstick : Fuchsia Flash. 

Overall I love the lipstick as it's total matte and stays for about 3-4 hours easily. It does leave a pretty pink stain on the lips. It does transfer.
The shade is also gorgeous and perfect for summer.
I would definitely recommend this Lipstick to everyone. I'm planning to buy more shades from this range.

Pros :
☆ Nice packaging.
☆ Gives a total Matte Finish with a little but sheen to it.
☆ Glides smoothly on the lips.
☆ Stays for atleast 3-4 hours.
☆ Love the Shade.

Cons :
☆ It Settles on the dry patches of the lips which looks unflattering, so do exfoliate your lips before applying it.
☆ It does Transfers.

Lakmé has just launched an addition to its Absolute Blush And Glow Face Wash range, having the Peaches and Strawberry this time it's Pomegranate . Well, honestly the only thing that excited me was Pomegranate cause everything else is same as their other face wash in this range like packaging etc.
I have never tried a Pomegranate Face wash hence I got my hands on it as soon as I saw it in the market.
Let's move on to the review :

The packaging is same as the other face wash in this range with a different color. The plastic tube is plum in color with a white flip-flop cap which looks pretty. The cap closes tightly making it leakage proof and it's travel friendly .

The face wash gel is thick in consistency and contains soft cleansing beads which are barely visible but you can feel them while massaging it onto your face. The gel is red in color and looks beautiful.
It has a very nice sweet fruity smell which isn't going to bother sensitive nose.

Lakmé Absolute Blush And Glow Pomegranate Face Wash.

The face wash lathers very well and cleanse your face well. It removes all the excess oil and dirt from your face and Skin doesn't feel dry after the wash. I have dry skin so I need to apply moisturiser after the wash. It leaves your face clean and glowy. Perfect for Summer.
Though I didn't find anything different or special in face wash. It's like a normal Lakmé face wash with a nice smell and beautiful colour . This face wash is good for normal skin , neither very dry nor too oily. 

I like this face wash but nothing is extraordinary about it. I would recommend it as it's a nice face wash which removes the excess oil without leaving it dry. It leaves your face squeaky clean after the wash.
Overall it's a good Face wash and affordable too. And it's smells amazinggg...!!

REVIEW: BS-MALL 14 pcs Premium Quality Synthetic Brush Set.

We all are aware of the fact that Makeup Brushes are very important in the process of doing our makeup.
I wanted to have a full brush set as I didn't had one but all the famous brushes like Real Techniques etc are quite expensive and for me being a  beginner , I didn't want to invest so much money in brushes only. So, I started searching for Affordable good quality makeup brush set and then I finally decided to buy this BS-MALL Premium Quality Synthetic Brush Set and I'm happy I did.

The brushes are packed in a plastic transparent bag. There was a paint like smell when I opened the plastic bag and I was afraid that the brushes are going to smell like this too , But when I read  the note laying inside the bag everything was sorted. The note is from their service team which says
" Sometimes if the Makeup Brushes smell like paint it's because it has been staying in plastic bag for a long time. The solution is to wash it in the water with little shampoo and wait it to dry . The smell will go away. " 
And yes I washed them and smell wasn't there anymore :)

I would definitely recommend this Brush Set to everyone who needs a Good Quality brush set at affordable price.

REVIEW : Maybelline Color Sensational Vivid Matte Lipstick | VIVID 8.

Today I'm going to share another lipstick by Maybelline with you all. It's the Maybelline Vivid Matte in the shade VIVID 8 . This Range mostly consists of REDS AND PINKS.

Maybelline Color Sensational vivid matte lipstick.

The Packaging is similar to the Creamy Mattes range. It comes in a Red and Silver packaging which looks pretty. There is a sticker at the bottom of the tube mentioning the shade name and is color coded which makes it easy to know what color is inside.

I like it's formula, it feels creamy while the application and gives a matte finish after a couple of minutes. It might settle down in the chapped area of the lips , so it's better to scrub your lips before applying any matte lipstick to have that perfect finish of the lipstick on the lips.

Maybelline Color Sensational Vivid Matte lipstick 

The color is a beautiful and very different Pink which I think will suit any skin tone. It looks beautiful on the lips and doesn't look like a regular pink shade. It has cool undertones. It's more like a magenta - ish color. It's a very different Pink and everyone should try it atleast once.

I really like this shade and the formula of this lipstick is also very nice. I would definitely recommend you to buy this shade if you are bored of those regular pink colored lipsticks.

REVIEW : Fabindia Daily Moisturising Cream-vitamin e.

Today I'm going to review a Moisturiser which has become my most favourite skincare product these days.
It is the Fabindia Daily Moisturising Cream-vitamin e .
First let me tell you my skin type.I have normal to dry skin and in winter my skin is super dry and no matter which moisturiser I use , my skin becomes dry again after 2-3 hours of the application.

Made with beeswax and olive oil , this daily moisturising cream provides hydration , elasticity and nutrition to the skin.Patch test recommended before use.

Direction for use : Smoothe all over face as often as required.

Price : Rs.290/- ( 120ml ) 

This is my first product from the brand Fabindia. I've used many moisturisers but none of them kept my skin moisturised for more than 2 - 3 hours.

Fabindia Daily Moisturising Cream vitamin-e 

The moisturiser comes in a plastic tube with flip top cap. The packaging is travel friendly. The moisturiser has thick creamy consistency and get absorbed into the skin just after the application. It has nice fragrance which is not at all strong , it is gone after a few seconds of applying the moisturiser.

This moisturiser has vitamin E and olive oil and these are very good for moisturising the skin.
This moisturiser is not like those moisturisers which moisturise the skin for 3-4 hours and then your skin is dry again. It is that kind of moisturiser which heals the skin from the inside. I've been using this moisturiser for almost 1 month now and the results are great.

Fabindia Daily Moisturising Cream-vitamin e 

I use this moisturiser after cleansing my face. I use it on my hands also. My hands were so much dry , they even started looking like I have some kind of allergic reaction going on but after 5-6 days of using this moisturiser , it has completely healed my hands. My hands are now super moisturised and velvety soft and the best thing is that I don't need to reapply moisturiser every time I wash my hands :)
My face is also super moisturised even my dry patches are gone but I wish they were totally gone because some patches( very few , not too noticeable ) can be seen after applying foundation or bb/cc cream.
I really like this moisturiser in fact I'm loving it at the moment :)
I would definitely recommend this moisturiser.

Pond's White Beauty BB + All-in-One Fairness Cream | Review.

Today I'm going to review a bb Cream by Pond's. My experience with the Maybelline bb Cream was not really good so I didn't wanted to buy another bb Cream but I ended up buying it because of its cute packaging . It comes in a pink and white packaging similar to its other products in this range.

Its texture is creamy and looks thick but blends like a dream on the skin. It instantly get absorbed into the skin and Evens skin tone very well. It doesn't give much coverage neither hides spots aur imperfections . It is very lightweight and the Staying power is quite good as it stays for about 4-5 hours and doesn't oxidise. The great thing about this bb Cream is that it comes with SPF 30.  It was good on my dry skin but I had to moisturise my face well before applying it. It gives a nice glowy - matte look without leaving any white cast on my face.

The only problem is that it comes in only one shade and for me it's one shade darker than my shade but it looked natural on my skin. It will suit mostly all the Indian skin tones.
Overall, I would say that it is a nice product for everyday use when you just want an even skin tone with sun protection. It can be a great pick for college goers too.

I love long, curled and voluminous lashes.

So,Today I'm going to review my all time favourite mascara which is by maybelline and it is our Maybelline New York The Falsies Volum' Express mascara. It comes in a plastic purple tube. It looks very cute.

This mascara comes in a waterproof variant as well non - waterproof. The waterproof one is really waterproof , like REALLY , it doesn't get removed easily . You need to massage a little bit of oil in order to remove it gently without pulling or breaking your eyelashes.

This mascara has a great formula , not too thick or too runny , just perfect for your eyelashes  and it gives your eyelashes a lot of volume and length. It's wand is slightly curve which help to lift your lashes and curl them . The curved shape ensures that all of your eyelashes are covered by the mascara. 
It actually gives your eyelashes that false eyelashes look. I LOVE this mascara. It clumps a little but if you remove the excess mascara with a napkin before applying your mascara , it won't clump. I have bought the Waterproof one because it stays for long and hold you curled eyelashes well. If you prefer washable mascara then you can buy the Non - waterproof one . 

Well , I would definitely recommend this mascara . I still haven't find anything better than this under Rs.500 / -
